AppGap AI (“the service”) analyses publicly available app store reviews and produces AI-generated reports summarising user pain, market gaps, and product opportunities. Reports are advisory; they are not a substitute for your own product, market, or legal judgement.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. One person per account; do not share credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Paid plans renew on a 30-day cycle from the date you upgrade. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Plan limits (analyses per period, reviews per analysis) are listed on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs you do not have the right to analyse.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to break the service.
• Use the service to violate applicable law or another party's rights.
• Resell or redistribute report contents without our written permission.

Reports include verbatim review snippets from public app store listings. Those snippets remain the intellectual property of their original authors. AppGap AI does not claim ownership of underlying review text.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or via an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
