1. What we collect

When you sign up for AppGap AI we collect your email address and (optionally) the name you provide. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google's OAuth response. We never store your password — authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.

When you run an analysis we store the URL you submitted, the source we detected from it (App Store / Google Play), and the report we generate. The reviews we fetch from public app listings are not stored after the analysis completes — only the short verbatim quotes that surface in the final report are retained.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to deliver the product: run analyses, show your reports, enforce your plan's usage limits, and send you transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, analysis completion). We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

3. Subprocessors

We rely on the following providers to operate the service:

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and email delivery.
  • Cloudflare — application hosting and edge networking.
  • Apify — public app review scraping at analysis time.
  • Anthropic — LLM inference for report generation.
  • n8n (self-hosted) — internal workflow orchestration.

4. Data retention

We keep your account and reports for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page; this permanently removes your profile, jobs, and reports.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of any data we hold about you by contacting us through the dashboard. We respond within 30 days.
